The same section explains what happens when an account is used from one of them: access rights are withdrawn and the balance may be voided. A player who moves to, or travels through, a blocked state is expected to notify the operator; the account is then placed on hold or closed with the remaining balance returned. Logging in and getting into the account

What the rollover costs depends on two rules.
